Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Property Agenda iOS application ("the app"), published by Miguel Cozain ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, for your professional real-estate activity, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Your content

Everything you record in the app — properties, photos, clients, events, sales — is your content and remains yours. It is stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud, in your private iCloud database (see the Privacy Policy). Because we never receive your content, we cannot recover it for you: you are responsible for keeping your device backed up and for complying with any obligations you have toward your own clients regarding their personal information (for example, obtaining their consent to store their contact details).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with it, and not to resell or redistribute it. The app is a productivity tool: it does not provide legal, tax, financial or appraisal advice, and match percentages are informational aids, not professional recommendations.

4. Free plan and Property Agenda Pro

The app is free to download and includes a free plan (currently up to 5 properties, 10 clients and 3 shared PDF exports, with the top match per client). Property Agenda Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription — available monthly, every 6 months or yearly — that removes those limits. Current pricing for your region is always displayed in the app before purchase. We may adjust the free plan's limits in future versions, but reaching a limit never removes your access to what you have already saved.

5. Subscription billing and cancellation

Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms; we never receive your payment details.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, brand and code are our property or that of our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights other than the license in section 1.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-interruption. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, and features may change between versions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business opportunities, arising from the use of — or inability to use — the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may terminate the license if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (2, 6, 7, 8) survive termination.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the current version will always be available at this page with its "last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
